Lee Naylorlee-naylor Partner

Lee Naylor, who is a Wills and Probate Solicitor, qualified as a solicitor in 2009. Lee has a keen interest in the area within which he works and strives to ensure that his clients receive an efficient and professional service. Lee was born and has always lived in Cornwall (other than his studies in Bristol). Lee’s outside interests include badminton, walking and spending time with his family.

Glennie McKinleyglennie-mckinley

Glennie  practises in Family and Criminal Law. Glennie is  Head of the Family Department , an accredited Member of Resolution specialising in Domestic Violence and Children Law. She is also the Office Manager and runs the four offices of DBLaw. Glennie deals with financial matters when relationships break down along with divorces and co habitation disputes . A further speciality is Child Care where the Local Authority seek to remove children from their parents care. When Glennie  does have a spare five minutes she enjoys the Gym and reading.

Claire Moyleclaire-moyle

Claire will be joining us on  the 1st August 2016

Claire qualified as a Solicitor  in 1999.  Claire specialises in two areas of law , Family Law and Criminal Law .

Claire’s specialism is resolving financial matters following marriage breakdown and dealing  with arrangement for children between parents.

 

Claire is a member of the The Law Society’s Advanced Family Accreditation Scheme and a Member of Resolution . Further to this, she is an Accredited Duty Solcitor who assists clients at the Police Station and the Magistrates Court .

In Claire’s spare time she likes to go horse riding and spend time with her family.

Lynne Bray

Lynne has been practising family law in the local area for 29 years she has a particular interest in financial disputes.

Phil Lear

phil-learPhil was born in Truro and has spent all his life in Cornwall. Having attained a degree in law at the University of Manchester he qualified as a solicitor in 1977 and specialises in Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work. His interests include golf, rugby and walking.

Karen Brownkaren-brown

I have worked for the firm since 2000 and deal with sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages,  equity releases, voluntary first registrations, auction packs (preparation and approval), tenancy agreements and all aspects of residential conveyancing. I live in Helston with my family and enjoy concerts, beach, gardening, reading and watching movies with a nice gin and tonic.

Stephen West

I am a Partner, and have been such with the firm, and its predecessors, for 34 years. I qualified in 1975 before coming to Cornwall, in 1978 where, I have practised ever since. I now specialise in domestic and commercial conveyancing, including the sale and purchase of leasehold businesses. I am Honorary Solicitor to Cornwall RFU and Camborne RFC.

Justyn Thomas

justyn-thomasSolicitor – qualified 1983.  Previous wide experience. Now dealing mainly with Powers of Attorney, Wills, Trusts , Probate and Elder Client matters generally (including Tax/succession planning/asset protection). Interests include Walking , Music & Freemasonry.

Chris Baker

chris-bakerI am a Partner in the firm and the Head of the Non Contentious Department.  My day to day work focuses mainly on Residential and Commercial Conveyancing although I do occassionally deal with Probate matters and the drafting of Wills.
