WILLS

POWERS OF ATTORNEY

None of us can be sure how our circumstances and health might be affected in the future. Powers of Attorney (such as General Powers of Attorney or Lasting Powers of Attorney) can help if some of your circumstances change and particularly if your mental of physical health deteriorate.

PROBATE

When you or your loved ones pass away, the Estate needs to be administered. The Executors or Personal Representatives will collect in all of the assets and ensure they pass to the people who are entitled to them. We can assist either by simply obtaining the necessary Grant or by dealing with the whole administration of the Estate depending on how much help you need.

TRUSTS

Either as part of the administration of an Estate, protection of vulnerable individuals or as part of Estate Planning, Trusts can assist. We can advise and recommend as to the best options for your circumstances.
